Thyme & Tonic is a gastropub serving fresh produce and vegetable forward dishes. Our cocktails and elixirs are garden to glass, and we’ve created a selection of starters that are perfect for sharing and fun to eat. While our menu is primarily vegan, we offer grass fed beef and free range chicken, organic eggs, and fresh fish in select dishes. The entire menu is gluten free and kosher, and most of the menu is nut free. We’re excited to bring Upper West Siders a place to enjoy craft cocktails and top notch eats in a relaxed and vibrant setting. We are certified Kosher by Rabbi Mehlman from National Kosher Supervision.

Every dish is made in our kitchen from scratch. Our talented team of chefs have invented their own methods for making tofu based chik'in and have infused their creativity into Impossible Meat dishes. Most of our menu offers plant based and vegetable forward foods with culinary influences from all over the globe. We now offer sustainable meat substitutes for our meat and chik'in dishes. You have the option to enjoy a burger with grass fed beef or a fried chicken sandwich with free range chicken. Our team of pastry chefs prepare seasonal desserts daily.
